This is a non-smoking home.
All guests to agree to House Rules. Registered guests only unless prior approval obtained.
Minimum age for reservation is 25 years old.
Check in time: 4pm on Arrival Day Check out time: 11am on Departure Day
Parties or events are NOT allowed.
Quiet time: 10pm to 8am daily
Young kiddos are welcome but please be aware that there are no child safety locks/latches at the home so please monitor your child(ren) accordingly.
Twin loft bed has LIMITED ceiling height. Kids only.
Payment Terms:
Payment of Refundable Security Deposit required at time reservation is made.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Full refund for cancellations 30 days prior to arrival date.
50% refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before check-in.
No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of check-in.
